Our model house type Chiara is a modern villa and combines beautiful contemporary architecture with pragmatic functionality. The house was specially developed for the Caribbean climate. Many windows and high ceilings in the living room and provide a pleasantly airy and bright climate in the rooms. In the living room, this is supported by hinged ventilation windows near the ceiling, whereby the warm air is drawn off to the outside and ensures a lot of air circulation.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living room concept with integrated kitchen, which makes the living space very generous. A covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden connects directly to the living room. The design of the wall tiles and floor tiles, as well as the color of the house paint and the kitchen you can choose yourself. A garden pavilion with a natural roof is also included in the price. By prior arrangement, various requests for changes can also be included.

We take care of all organizational matters such as building permit, title, etc. We are also happy to assist you in finding a suitable property.
